Meet the team

Deadly Demos started out as a hobby in the second year of uni when I realised I could start a radio show, a dream job for me. It was an opportunity to be vain and almost force people to listen to my music taste. Sharing the show with the lads meant we were always teaching each other about different genres and artists and it turned into something bigger than the music but more of a document of our friendship.

A year in I started writing articles for the uni’s music magazine before integrating social media content into Deadly Demos. Now somehow we have a website, archiving everything we do. Have a browse around and if you’re working in music, radio or media and fancy working together, get in touch!

I’m Liam Clarke

I began my time at Deadly Demos starting out as Isaac’s producer for his radio show, before we swiftly decided to make the show a collaborative effort, then along came the weekly genre changes, and most importantly the tattoos.

Deadly Demos for me is an archive of 3 lads from 3 corners of the country, with the same passion for music trying to find a way to express our interests and our friendship. As we went through University we realised that clubbing wasn’t for us, so Saturday nights were now radio nights, with a lot of laughs and great music blasting through the airwaves.

I am now a graduate of Film and TV studies and an ex Head of Music of University Radio Nottingham, and as me and Isaac settle into graduate life, it’s time for Deadly Demos to trancend being just a radio show and evolve into a multimedia platform, getting involved with Reels, Articles, Album Reviews, Playlists etc., you name it, we’ve got it!
